Today marks my 4 months completion at Hawcx, and there could be no better way to celebrate this milestone than to bring Hawcx's first product to market. Good discussion Anshu Gupta and here are a couple of points (1) As a product leader I start by definition. Nice in business/professional setting to me means (in three words format): respectful , kind, and "actions match words" / integrity (2) I believe you can't make that decision in one meeting/one interaction . (3) Give yourself grace and others' grace too. I give at least three chances as benefit of doubt (spaced in time) as you too mentioned the person may be going through something that you may not know. If the pattern repeats, than make your decision . #Respectful #Kind #SayWhatYoudoDoWhatYouSay #Integrity . I prefer to be on the side of #giver , as I believe in #karma and filling up my bucket of good karmas is one of my life goals. How do you define a #giver or #taker in professional / workplace interactions?

Thank you Ashutosh Garg for this opportunity to share the leadership lessons. I covered lessons from experiences at #home from #Parents at #works and from #community . I learnt early in my childhood to not be bothered from the adversities in life , but treat every situation as an #opportunity that moves us forward in experience. Whether it was helping parents with "Chai ki Dukaan"/Tea Shop "Paan shop"/ Betel Shop "Kite making and selling" , "rubbing bakelite Holders on hard stones" , "putting brass pins manually on these holders and light switches" as few examples to make livelihood . We bonded, became stronger, kept pushing out to be unblocked, asked for help wherever needed , and worked as #oneteam. Always grateful and believed we had enough to help others in need. So a % of our time and what we earned would go to support those in need. #givingback was energizing, motivating, and gave happiness. Loved every bit and continue to find variety of ways to learn and help others. This interview is also one of those way to share the knowledge.On a lighter note we got on the job training, daily internships that will take so many calls and connections in today's world :-) and still may not materialize.Thank you Raj Yavatkar for this opportunity and thankful to my team at Hawcx (Riya Shanmugam Selva Kumaraswamy) for #continuous learning on life as a #founding member helping the internet users to #passwordless one developer and one user at a time.
